What a medical typing counter does
Before a residence visa is issued or renewed, anyone 18 or older has to pass a medical fitness test. Typing offices near fitness centers fill in and submit the application so you can walk straight into the test. Dubai Health lists a fitness center in Al Quoz among its 25 Salem branded centers. For the test you need the registration form, your original ID or passport, a white background photo and a copy of the e-visa. Results come back by SMS or email.
