The Amer center in Rashidiya is Enjaz Government Transacyion Center L.L.C, listed by GDRFA at Bin Souqat Center. It is the only GDRFA-licensed counter in Al Rashidiya. ICP also names Al Rashidiya among its customer happiness centers for Emirates ID. Around them, our directory has 6 private typing shops, and 5 of them list a closing time of 22:00 or later.
Enjaz at Bin Souqat Center
Enjaz handles the standard GDRFA jobs: entry permits, residence visa issue, renewal and cancellation, status changes and data amendments. GDRFA gives the address as "Deira, Rashidiya / Bin Souqat Center" and publishes no hours. The spelling Transacyion is GDRFA's. The Enjaz group also holds a MOHRE business services licence in Dubai, but MOHRE gives no address for it, so we cannot say it is in Rashidiya.
Two counters for one residence visa
A residence visa in Dubai has a GDRFA side and an ICP side. The visa file goes through an Amer center like Enjaz. The Emirates ID is an ICP service, and holders aged 15 and over give fingerprints and a signature at an ICP center when asked. Your Emirates ID is tied to your residence: it expires with the visa and is cancelled when the visa is cancelled.

Royal Gate gives the Rashidiya police station as its landmark. The shop named Tasheel is not on MOHRE's list with a Rashidiya address, so do not assume it can issue a work permit.

What to use each counter for
