Dubai Creek Harbour has no listings in the GDRFA, MOHRE, DLD or private directory data. The 14 entries nearest to it are in three districts: Dubai Festival City, Ras Al Khor and Al Jaddaf. Two of them are licensed counters, Ejad Businessmen Services, a MOHRE Tasheel center in Festival City, and Smart NTS, an Amer center in Ras Al Khor. The rest are private typing and clearing offices, all listed below.
Three directions, three kinds of counter
| District | Licensed | Private |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai Festival City | Ejad Businessmen Services (Tasheel) | Kalimath Typing and Photocopy |
| Ras Al Khor | Smart NTS Government Transaction Center (Amer) | 9 offices, including Al Sumood and Al Marah |
| Al Jaddaf | none | Master Vision, Advise Zone |
New tenants: the order that works
Creek Harbour is mostly apartment towers. For a tenant who has just moved in, the paperwork usually comes in this order:
- Ejari first. A family visa needs a registered lease. Online through Dubai REST it costs AED 177.75, against AED 220 at a trustee center. There is no trustee center in these three districts, so the app is usually the quickest route. The Ejari guide explains both.
- Then the family file. GDRFA's salary rule is AED 4,000 a month, or AED 3,000 plus accommodation. Entry permits and residence can be filed online with UAE Pass or at an Amer center such as Smart NTS. See family visa in Dubai.
- Then the medical and Emirates ID. Anyone 18 or over needs a medical in the UAE, AED 270 for the normal service, and Emirates ID follows through ICP.
If you would rather hand all three steps to someone, the partner team takes the family file from start to finish.
Labour jobs in Festival City
Ejad in Festival City is the nearest counter for MOHRE work: work permits, employment contracts and labour cards. MOHRE caps a business center's commission at AED 72 per transaction, and most of the same services are free on its app apart from federal fees. The Tasheel guide has more.
