Marhaba Document Clearing is a private document clearing office on the ground floor of Al Jabri Building, 21st Street, Al Nahda 2. HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, lists it under business setup and PRO services, open Monday to Saturday 08:30 to 22:00 and closed on Sunday. Its landmarks are Pristine Private School and Pasons Al Madina Supermarket.
What a clearing office does
A document clearing office, sometimes called a mandoob office, takes your paperwork from one department to the next so you don't have to queue yourself. That can include typing forms, collecting papers and following up on files that a licensed counter has to submit. The office itself does not issue anything. Our document clearing guide explains the job and what clearing offices usually charge.
Limits worth knowing
Marhaba Document Clearing is not on GDRFA's Amer list, MOHRE's business services list or the DLD trustee list. So it cannot submit a Dubai visa on its own; Amer centers have held that work since . A clearing office can prepare your file and take it to an Amer counter for you, but the submission happens there.
For company staff, labor contracts and work permits go through MOHRE at a Tasheel center. If you run a business and want a monthly arrangement for this kind of running around, see PRO services in Dubai.
Not the Marhaba in International City
Marhaba Typing & Photocopying Services is a separate typing shop in International City, a long way south. We found nothing that connects the two. Check the area on your message or card before you go, because the drive between the two takes you across most of the city.
Licensed counters around Al Nahda
For the visa step, the Amer centers in Al Nahda are on our Al Nahda page. Al Qusais, next door, has one of the largest groups of Amer, Tasheel and typing counters in Dubai: see the Al Qusais page.
