First Solution Documents Clearing Services is a three-office private business in our HiDubai data. The Al Qusais 2 office is on the mezzanine of a building on Al Nahda Street, near Al Hilal Bank. In Al Karama it is a ground floor shop on 10d Street, close to Al Ahalia Exchange. The Al Warqa'a 1 office is on 28C Street. HiDubai tags two of them as clearing offices and the Qusais one as a typing center.
Clearing, typing, Amer: who does what
Dubai has three layers of counter, and mixing them up costs a wasted trip. A typing shop types and prints. A clearing office does that and also chases files for you across departments, the job a company PRO would do. An Amer center is licensed by GDRFA and is the one that submits residence visa files; a Tasheel center does the same for MOHRE work permits. First Solution sits in the first two layers. Our Amer vs Tasheel vs typing center guide goes through it with examples.
Pick by area and day
Need something on a Sunday? Karama and Warqa are the two listed as open daily. The Qusais office closes Sunday but stays open to 22:30 on other days, the latest of the three.
For the licensed step, each area has its own counters: Amer centers in Al Qusais, where the GDRFA list includes one in Al Qusais 2 itself; Karama; and Al Warqa.
A caution on fees
A clearing office charges for its time on top of the government fee. Ask for the two amounts separately before you hand over documents. Directory hours can be out of date, so phone ahead.
