Darwish Shakeel Documents Clearing shows up three times in HiDubai, the business directory run by Dubai Economy and Tourism: a ground floor office in Executive Tower M on Sa'da Street, Business Bay; a shop in the bin Kalaib building on Al Barsha Road, Al Barsha 1; and a counter on Al Satwa Road. None of the three appears on any official licence list we checked (GDRFA for Amer, MOHRE for Tasheel, DLD for Ejari).
What "documents clearing" means here
A clearing office is a private business that prepares and chases paperwork for you: typing applications, filling online forms, arranging translations, and running files between departments for companies that don't have their own PRO. What it can't do is submit a Dubai residence visa under its own licence. Since that has been Amer work, so a clearing office either sends you to an Amer counter or passes the file to one.
Three neighbourhoods, three kinds of customer
The Business Bay office is on the ground floor of an office tower, among company offices. If you need the visa step done in the same area, our Business Bay Amer page lists the licensed counters nearby. The Al Barsha 1 branch, near the Grandeur and Ramada Chelsea hotels per HiDubai, is the latest of the three on weekdays, to 22:30; for licensed counters there see Al Barsha Amer centers. Al Satwa is a busy residential and shopping strip with an Amer lounge of its own, covered on our Satwa page.
Before you go
Directory entries go stale. Call ahead to confirm the branch is still at that address and handles your type of file. For ongoing company work, a PRO service may be simpler than visiting a counter each time.
