Bab Alfalah Documents Clearing Services has a name that sounds like one of the hundreds of private clearing shops in Dubai, but it is on GDRFA's list of Amer centers. GDRFA places it in Al Quoz, written as "Bur Dubai, Al Quoz", with nothing more specific.
Clearing office versus Amer counter
The difference matters when you walk in with a visa job. A private document clearing office can prepare papers, chase approvals and queue on your behalf, but it cannot submit a residency file to GDRFA. An Amer licence can. So at Bab Alfalah you should be able to get an entry permit, a residence visa issued or renewed, a cancellation, a status change or a data correction done at the same desk. Our comparison of Amer, Tasheel and typing centers sets out which kind of counter does what.
The Al Quoz Mall listing
HiDubai, the Dubai Economy and Tourism directory, has a private business spelled Bab Al Falah Document Clearing Services on the ground floor of Al Quoz Mall, 22 Street, Al Quoz Industrial 3, listed as open daily 07:00 to 00:00. It is classed as a clearing office, and the spelling is not quite the same as the GDRFA entry. It may well be the same operator, with the Amer counter in the same unit, but we have no source that says so. If you go there for a visa file, ask to see that they hold the GDRFA Amer licence.
Other Al Quoz counters
Al Quoz has five Amer counters on the GDRFA list, including Al Reaya at Oasis Center and DXB Businessmen Services at Al Khail Mall, both with fuller addresses than this one. They are compared on the Al Quoz page.
